Terms & Conditions

Suitability

We always assess whether a treatment is suitable or likely to be a success before ant treatment is carried out. We will always inform you why a treatment may not be carried out.

Appointments and cancellations

Our doctors, nurses and theorises are trained in accordance with our treatment protocols, therefore we are not able to guarantee continued treatment with a particular practitioner.

In the event you are unable to attend an appointment  we ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience via telephone. Failure to cancel within 48 hours may result in any deposits being lost, however this is dealt with at our discretion.

We ask that you arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment is due to begin so we can complete the relevant paper form. Late arrival to your appointment may result in a reduced treatment time or losing the appointment, We will always aim to ensure that your appointment runs on time, but in rare occasions we may need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will always ensure to let you know this with as much notice as possible.

We will always ensure you’re made aware of any preparation prior to any treatment. Failure in following these guidelines may result in the cancellation of your appointment. Children are welcome to attend appointments, however they must be accompanied by a second adult to take care of. Children under the age of 16 years old may not be left unattended at any time.

Courses of Treatments

Treatments purchased as a course should be paid in full in advance of the treatment. Treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of purchase.

Liability

SC Medical Group Limited will not be liable in any contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss for any indirect or consequential damage or loss arising out of, or in connection to it’s provision of any services and/or goods to the client.

It is the clients responsibility to make sure that she or he provide SC Medical Group Limited with relevant medical information before each treatment. SC Medical Group Limited will not be held liable for any damage which may occur as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such information.

The client agrees to conform to all instructions and/or recommendations which may be given to them by or on behalf of SC Medical Group Limited regarding the care following any treatment. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit SC Medical Group Limited’s liability for any personal injury or death resulting from SC Medical Group Limited Ltd’s negligence.

Right to complain

SC Medical Group Limited always ensure it treats all its clients fairly. If however you feel there are any issues relating to your treatment you are entitled to raise a complaint either by letter, phone or in writing. If you do need any help making a complaint, SC Medical Group Limited would be happy to help you through the process.

Once a complaint has been received you will receive a response within 25 working days. Where this isn’t possible you will receive an explanation with regards to the delay.
